Wuya is an evil Heylin witch who once was the most powerful and most evil being in the universe. She is one of three main antagonists of the show. She counqered the world 1500 years along but was defeated in the first Xiaolin Showdown by the legandy Grand Master Dashi and trapped in a wooden Puzzle Box, However many years later she was realerted by Jack Spicer. She is usually seen working with a partner most likely Jack Spicer to collect Shen Gong Wu and take over the world. She has the power to sense Shen Gong Wu. However, she is a ghost during most of the series apart from in the Third season there she regined her human form with out her powers, and she needs a living person to collect them for her. Wuya also serves as the main antagonist of the first season
Personality
Wuya is a very ruthless cruel and cunning person who will stop at nothing to achive her goals of world domination and will aline with any one to do so.In her ghost form, Wuya is often cranky, though the extent of this is different from season to season in season One she was generally very calm and conniving except when Jack is doing something stupid, while in season Two she just yelled at Jack and complained about things. In her human form, Wuya is much more calm and decisive. She seems to fear Dojo's escape from his box with such intensity that she feared he would end the world. Despite her evil and malevolent ways, Wuya sticks to her word, giving Raimundo everything he asked for.
Powers and ablities
In her human form Wuya has almost godlike powers mostly derived form Heylin Dark Magic which is fare supeare to that of Chase Young and Hannibal Roy Bean could ever master. She can change the landscape of the whole world simply by regianing her powers and can create large amounts of Rock Creatures to do her bidding and also can create a palace from a mouniton with a swish of her hands, However the full exsent of Wuya's powers are not fully explore or shown in the series. However it is impled that Wuya's drak powers are more powerful then Shen Gong Wu and would easally deafet Chase Young, Hannibal Roy Bean, and certianly Jack in battle.
Role in the show
Season One
Wuya's story began 1500 years prior to the show's beginging were she fought a great battle battle between herself and the great Xiaolin Master Dashi in the first Xiaolin Showdown. Wuya pitted her dark magic agianst Dashi's Shen Gong Wu in the end Dashi was the victor and Wuya was imprisoned in a wooden Puzzle Box and so Dashi spead his Shen Gong Wu around then earth so no evil could ever lay the hands on them.
In the start of the show Wuya was releast form her prison by a boy named Jack Spicer self-procliamed evil boy genius, so she persaded him to join the hurnt for the Shen Gong Wu for which she could not touch anything for she was a spirst and needed jack to collect the Shen Gong Wu for her in hope of taking over the World.
As the series progressed Wuya and Jack worked together to find the Shen Gong Wu However they often failed due to the Monks skills and Jack Spicer's incompitance to which Wuya began to show signs of leaving Spicer in search of a better option such as Kattnape.
Near the end of the sires Wuya and Jack the nessusery amount of Shen Gong Wu needed to create Mala Mala Jong the Anient Demon warrior who was completly loyal to Wuya and so Wuya desided she on longer needed Spicer and lefted with Mala Mala Jong to riad the Xiaolin Temple but to her anger the Chosen One had lefted with the Shen Gong Wu. However much to Wuya's good fortan the Dragon of the Wind Raimundo returned to save Master Fung but the young monk was not make for Mala Mala Jong and so Wuya went inside Raimundo's head and found out the location of the hidden Shen Gong Wu and set out to find them onto of a mountion. However unkown to her Omi the Dragon of the Water gianed the Goldren Tiger Claw and toke the Heart of Jong out of the Monster and so Mala Mala Jong was no more much to Wuya's anger she had no choice but to go back to Jack.
After these event Wuya atemped to try and reform her partnership with Spicer.However Jack had no need for her and left her alliless but Wuya had a plan after the events of the previous day the Dragon of the Wind Raimondo had been angered by not been promoted to the rank of Xiaolin Appentace and left to go to his home town to which Wuya offered him as faster more affective way of greatness. However the Reversing Mirrior revilied itself and Raimundo returned to the Temple to start the search for it after wining it in a Showdown he accepted Wuya's offer and join her on the Heylin side to plan there conquest of the world to which Wuya sent Raimundo to get the Serpants Tail so she could regian her powers and her boy so he succeded and Wuya was the most all powerful being in the Universe once agian.
Season Two
Now that Wuya was all powerful once agian the world chagned it landscaped asoon as she did. the monks atempted to stop her up the monks were no match for the godlike Heylin Witch and so they reteated with Jack who had saved them from Wuya's Rock Creatures, and so Wuya rasied her palace were she began her conquest of the world. Now the world was her's and the Xiaolin Temple was easyly delt with the monks had nowhere to go for help but Jack had a idea to send Omi back in time to get a new Puzzle Box from Dashi after achiveing this and getting imprisoned but Wuya Omi returned and tryed to open the box in the presants of Wuya, However it did not open and vitory was certian for her but when Wuya gave it to Raimundo her desided to help his friends and open the box to which Wuya was impirson back in the Puzzle Box and Wuya's regin of evil ended and the world returned to normal.
After her defeat Kattnappe releated her from the Box soon after and the two desiced to join forces,However their partnership didnt last long due to Kattnappe's lack of determantion but soon after she and Jack reforged their partnership and the two started once agian to collect the Shen Gong Wu to which they contined on many occations but tenchens were strianed most of the time due to Jacks new obbcesstion with his evil hero and Wuya's ex-Xiaolin enermy Chase Young soon after Chase came along she and him began to work together to turn Omi to the dark side after their plan succesed and Chase Young ruled the earth he use the Serpant's Tial and the Reversing Mirror to return her to her human form, However without her godlike powers so she whould never be more powerful as himself to which Wuya didnt seem to mind stating she would had done the same thing and stayed by his side untill Chase was defeated by the monks in a Xiaolin Showdown.
Season Three
After Chase's defeat she and him lived together in his palace for most of the season and the two worked together many times, However their was not sence of trust between the two and Chase had her under constian watch to which when Hannibal been returned form the Ying Yang World she began to work with him in hopes of using him to gain Shen Gong Wu and intern her powers. The two made a plan to destory Chase Young however their plan failed and the two parted ways with no back staping after this event Chase and Wuya setalled their differances and decieded to stay together for the sake of evil. Wuya is seen amongsted the other Heylin villians at the end of the show.
Relationships
Jack Spicer
Wuya and Jack shared a very strianed relationship mostly because of Jacks incompitance and dimwitiedness he often failed her which often angered her to no exstent. Wuya seems to have no pronlem leaving Jack for a better option like Katnappe or Chase Young, However when Wuya needed help from Jack he always gave her it mostly because is he didnt she would probaby beat him until he did. Wuya also acted as a kind of mentor of mother figure for Jack in the early days of their partnership.
Chase Young
One of Wuya's most notble relationship is with the Heylin Dragon Chase Young the two lived together in his palace though the third serie and he also a sence of respect for her regaruding her as a worthly patner in evil a sence that Wuya did not seem to pick up on. However like her relationship with Jack Spicer it was often stired due to Chase's pide and Wuya's trecherous ways and so she began to sided with Hannibal much to Chase's disliking but the two evenchally setalled their diffences and decided to stay together for the sake of evil hinting at some from of relationship between the two.
Hannibal Roy Bean
Unlike her relationship with Chase and Jack Wuya's and Hanniabal's relationship is very differant the two seem to share a mutral respect for each other and often copoerate quite well when they work together the two share a common hatred for Chase Young and so most of the time they work togther to destory him. Also Wuya is the only other villian not to be berated by Hannibal in the show suggesting that he enjoys her company.
Grand Master Dashi
Dashi and Wuya share a very complex relationship it is not been reviled how the two first met, However desipte the fact the two are mortal enemies Wuya seems to have a good sence of respect for how he dresses to which she states to Raimundo "He always was a fool a smart dresser but a fool." This also imples she knew him prior to their war with each other which would also explian how Dashi speaks in a smug and childish tone when he talks to her. Thourgh legand the have become symbols of good and evil ( Xiaolin and Heylin ) Dashi been good and Wuya been evil.
Physical Appearance
In her Human form Wuya is quite vampireish in her apperance and is quite young and attractive she has long red hair and often wears a black robe with purple outline and a red sash with no footwear and on tiptoe almost always her eye are bright green showing behind her buietiful apperance how twisted and evil she has become.
Wuya's ghost form looks very similar to an octopus; a disembodied floating head with many tentacles that resemble hair. She also is constantly masked in this form. She flashes and sparks when a Shen Gong Wu is located or when she is emotional.
Wuya is commonly called an old hag due to her age and appearance as a spirit. While still referred to as a hag, in her human form Wuya is actually youthful and extremely attractive. As she has not physically aged in the episode Time After Time which takes place 80 years into the future it can be assumed that she is essentially immortal.
Voice
Susan Silo has done the voice of Wuya for the character's entire existence. While in her spirit form, Susan Silo uses a deeper more raspy voice along with an echo effect to make the character seem more frightening. However, in human form, Susan uses a much more sensual and alluring voice to make the character appear more stimulating.
