Gong Yi TanPai is not real Chinese...[]

Whoever wrote the section on the meaning of Gong Yi Tan Pai doesn't know what he's talking about...Chinese has no articles! I.e. No "the" and no "a"!

工 gong means work

艺 yi means art

摊 tan means to spread out

牌 pai means cards

工艺 gongyi as one word means "arts and crafts" but is used here to refer to martial arts.

摊牌 tanpai as one word means "to lay your cards on the table" figuratively meaning to have a showdown (like spreading our your cards to begin a match)

However, Gong Yi Tan Pai is not a real expression and is just made up for the show. It would not pass very well as an intelligeable expression in Chinese though.

Whoever put 艺 to mean "the" was clearly told that by someone who doesn't know Chinese.....
