The group was formed by Jack Spicer as a dream team of villains after he obtained the Sands of Time. This "Dream Team" consisted of evildoers Jack had recruited from different points in history, using the Sands of Time, to help him rule the world. The members were Attila the Hun, Blackbeard the Pirate, Billy the Kid, Mrs. Cornhaven (Jack's first grade teacher), and eventually an old, future Jack Spicer.
