The Chameleon-Bot was considered to be Jack Spicer's greatest robot creation and was a regular villain in the series' first season.

The Chameleon-Bot transformed into the following:

- Jack Spicer (Chameleon and Royal Rumble)

Personality[]
As a robot, Chameleon-Bot does not have much personality. However, its AI allows it to imitate others behavior and adapt to different situation if it needs to. Its system is not always perfect, however. It was able to almost perfectly copy Wuya's routine, but its Kimiko imitation wasn't even close to her true character. This may be explained by fact that Jack didn't known Kimiko as well as Wuya, so his programming was inaccurate. Chameleon-Bot also needs some time to process new information. It is established that, when Chameleon-Bot is not imitating other people it has some amount of freewill, capable of speaking for itself but limited by its obedience to its creator.
History[]
Chameleon[]
During its creation, Jack Spicer was using the Changing Chopsticks to utilize its nanotechnology. When Wuya arrived after being annoyed by its music it was playing, she called the robot useless along with the rest of Jack's robots, before Jack presses one of the buttons on its remote to program it to shapeshift into Wuya, the latter of whom questions it as an "abomination" as Jack Spicer calls it the "Chameleon-Bot". To prove its usefulness, Jack Spicer commands it to transform into other characters, such as Jack Spicer, a Xiaolin Temple monk, a fast-food employee, then it transforms into Kimiko Tohomiko, one of Jack Spicer's favorite. Approved for it's abilities Jack Spicer programmed it for, Wuya decides to hatch a plan to use it to disguise itself as Kimiko to replace the real Kimiko and steal all of the Shen Gong Wu at the Xiaolin Temple.
Meanwhile in the Xiaolin vault located in the Xiaolin Temple where Kimiko arrives after being tricked by Jack Spicer and Wuya via a phone message, Kimiko, realizing that the phone message was a trick, sees another shadow that resembles her and turns around and sees the Chameleon-Bot disguised as her. Kimiko later decides to fight it, but due to its metallic casting, it overpowers her to the point of tiring her out, as Jack Spicer then kidnaps her and brings her to his headquarters. The next morning where Raimundo Pedrosa tries to beat Omi's Tiger instincts with a candy under the cup game while Clay Bailey watches the two, the Chameleon-Bot, still disguised as Kimiko, shows up and compliments Raimundo's shoes, while Omi asks if it "found her secret admirer", but answers "that data has no meaning to this unit", then asks Clay about his new hat and hopes he gets hit by lightning daily because "it makes him look super keen", much to Raimundo and Clay's confusion as they are fooled by its disguised, while Omi becomes very suspicious about it, as it tells the other monks to grab some Shen Gong Wu for special training, only for Omi to correct "her" by saying that they only use Shen Gong Wu whenever Master Fung says so, and the Chameleon-Bot says that Omi is correct and then leaves and looks around the Xiaolin Temple, leaving Omi to suddenly start thinking that Kimiko is acting out-of-character, whereas Raimundo and Clay, who are fooled by the Chameleon-Bot disguised as Kimiko, thinks that Kimiko "was just playing with them".
After the Helmet of Jong had revealed itself somewhere inside a hut in the country of Nigeria, the Chameleon-Bot rides along Dojo Kanojo Cho along with the other three Xiaolin monks to find it. In its view, it looks around and sees the skeleton of Raimundo Pedrosa due its x-ray vision enabled, with a response from him saying that it was looking at its best friend in the world after disabling x-ray vision. After arriving at the Helmet of Jong situated on the head of a statue, Jack Spicer and Wuya suddenly arrive as the Xiaolin monks attempt to confront the two, but it jumps and gets its hand on the Helmet of Jong as Jack also puts his hand on it, wagering its Third-Arm Sash against Jack Spicer's Changing Chopsticks. As the showdown starts, the statues immediately right themselves, and more statues appear. The Helmet of Jong lies on a big statue at the end, where Chameleon-Bot and Jack both begin. Jack reminds the Chameleon-Bot to make the showdown look realistic, to which he almost gets hit by the Third Arm Sash. Chameleon-Bot gets to the Helmet first, but falls off the statue, letting Jack win the showdown. Clay tries to catch the Chameleon-Bot, but gets crushed by it due to its heavy weight. Dojo and Raimundo reprimand "Kimiko" for letting Jack win the showdown, and it makes an excuse saying that it tripped, with Omi still being suspicious of Kimiko being out-of-character.
Later back at the Xiaolin Temple this evening, Omi, still suspicious on "Kimiko", decides to run along the roofs to spy on "Kimiko" (who is actually the Chameleon-Bot), whom was heading "her" way to the Xiaolin vault and arrives there. As soon as Omi had arrived at the Xiaolin vault, it changes its form into Master Fung, and tells Omi "that he has been through a lot and needs to get some rest", successfully fooling him as he leaves before transforming back into Kimiko to enter the vault, attempting to steal the Fist of Tebigong, the Tangle Web Comb, the Eye of Dashi, the Sword of the Storm, and the Two-Ton Tunic. Omi, whom came back at the Xiaolin vault after realizing "Kimiko's" suspicions, ultimately tells Clay and Raimundo that it was actually Chameleon-Bot disguised as Kimiko the whole time. As Omi tries to convince it to reveal itself, it instead extends its left arm to hit Omi, Clay and Raimundo, the former of which avoided and leaps in the air to hit it with his foot, knocking it next to a wall and dropping the Shen Gong Wu it was trying to steal. It then attempts to attacks Omi back using Shen Gong Wu it stole such as the Fist of Tebigong, only for Omi to use the Two-Ton Tunic to knock it out, before eventually using the Eye of Dashi to shoot lightning at Omi as he runs along the walls of the Xiaolin vault, but creates a hole in Clay's hat, leaving both Clay and Raimundo to help Omi defeat the Chameleon-Bot as it forces it to drop the Shen Gong Wu back in to the Xiaolin vault, unbeknownst that they are giving them to Jack Spicer, whom arrived at the temple using his Changing Chopsticks earlier. The Chameleon-Bot then extends its arms to pin down Clay and Raimundo on a wall, and extends another arm to do the exact same thing to Omi, calling them "naughty boys".
Suddenly, the real Kimiko breaks in and arrives, crashing into Chameleon-Bot and ramming it into a wall, much to Omi, Clay and Raimundo's shock and confusion. Omi, happy with the real Kimiko's return, tells her that the Chameleon-Bot is impersonating her, with the real Kimiko telling the three the aforementioned, but interrupts her and tells the three the real Kimiko is fake, before it soon fights Kimiko as they battle. Just then, Omi leaps high in the air and stomps on it, causing it to explode and truly reveal that it was actually the Chameleon-Bot disguised as Kimiko the entire time.
Royal Rumble[]
The Chameleon-Bot later gets rebuilt and sent by Wuya along with Tubbimura and Katnappé to help four newly-revealed Shen Gong Wu; the Lotus Twister, the Longi Kite, the Tongue of Saiping and the Sun Chi Lantern. This time, the Chameleon-Bot is now version 2.0, as it transforms into Jack Spicer and grabs the Two-Ton Tunic before reverting back into itself, then reverting its head to Raimundo, Kimiko, Clay and Omi, in order.
At the Deserted Beach Island where Raimundo is sent to where the Longi Kite is located, it transforms into a swimsuit-clad blonde woman to catch Raimundo off-guard and asks if he is sure that he doesn't want to share it with "her". Just as Raimundo, whom is fooled by the Chameleon-Bot's disguise, says he would like to, the water waves washes along its legs, which reveals that it is actually Chameleon-Bot in disguise and he declines, causing the Chameleon-Bot to extend its arms and grabs hold of the Longi Kite, starting a Xiaolin Showdown, where it reveals itself and wagers its Two-Ton Tunic against Raimundo's Falcon's Eye. When the showdown starts, the kite flies out of sight, naming the game to be Hide and Seek. Soon after, a huge tidal wave appears and floods the entire island. Raimundo swims all the way to the shallow water, while Chameleon-Bot transforms back into the same blonde woman as earlier. After Raimundo swims all the way out of the water, the Chameleon-Bot swims surrounding him and transforms into a shark, and they proceed to swim underwater to find the Longi Kite. As Raimundo swims deeper in hopes of finding the kite, the Chameleon-Bot transforms into a jellyfish to sting Raimundo, then transforms into a manta ray as Raimundo grabs onto its tail when they approach the Longi Kite, but as soon as they arrive, the Chameleon-Bot transforms into an octopus, tangling Raimundo with its tentacles and grabs the Longi Kite, winning the showdown as the water levels soon significantly decrease, reverting back to its original form, kidnapping Raimundo and flies all the way to Jack Spicer's headquarters with the Longi Kite he won against Raimundo.
Back at Jack Spicer's headquarters, where Omi, whom won against Jack Spicer for the Sun Chi Lantern, arrives to find the rest of the three Xiaolin warriors, where it corners Omi along with Katnappé, Tubbimura and Jack Spicer, whom fights with them all at once under Wuya's command. It first attempts to attack Omi extending its arms to punch him along the pillars, and then attempts to attack Omi again by transforming into a lion to charge at him, only blown away by Omi using his wind ability due to him using the Sun Chi Lantern, which eventually knocks it into a cabinet. Overpowered by Omi using the Sun Chi Lantern's abilities along with Katnappé, it later gets crushed by Tubbimura, whom also got overpowered by Omi as well.
