Except for the facts that a void is present in the form of Wudai. Additionally it appears that old Wu such as the Silver Manta Ray, are re-revealing themselves meaning that it is not the same time line. Now say its an alternate universe, that explains the age as well as the re-revealing. While the S universe has nearly finished their journey, the C universe has just begun it. By the looks of the S universe Xiaolin Dragons are rare, meanwhile the C universe had not only had several Dragons, but a lot of them have made Wu (a skill only known by Dashi in S as he and Dojo hid them all, meanwhile several have hidden them in C).

I think that the Shen Gong Wu are re-revealing themselves because, as Master Fung said, they have been spread through the world many times. It is possible that after the events of the final episode a villain (most likely Chase) stole some of them and hid them, so that it will be more difficult for the monks to find them. Also when you become a Shoku Warrior that doen't mean that your journey almost done. As Master Fung said, when Raimundo became a Shoku Warrior, their journey had just began. And last but not least, Dashi was not the only one able to make Shen Gong Wu. Some of the old chosen ones, with great knowledge of the Xiaolin magic, can make magical artifacts too. So I highly think that the Xiaolin Chronicles series take place sometime after the first series. 

I personally have come to the conclusion, after watching the latest episodes, that Xiaolin Chronicles should be considered as an Alternate Universe and recorded here in such a manner. Many of the same Shen Gong Wu are revealing themselves, and the proof that Kimiko's father had no recollection of previously meeting the monks (as he apparently "met" them for the first time in this series) secures such a plan for categorization of the series, in my opinion.

Therefore, I cast my vote on the side of an Alternate Universe.

Well,I think,....it's an alternate world,but with only minor changes.So basicly,this alternate world,follows the events of XS,but with minor changes(Kimiko's dad,Dojo's color,etc).

I wish Jack start be more a Villan

I don't see this as an alternative uniververse, and using the in-universe style... I don't think is realy the best call
