The Ants in the Pants is a Shen Gong Wu. It can unleash an army of ants to irritate the opponents of its user. According to Dojo, this Shen Gong Wu is a blast at things like parties.[1]

Characteristics[]

The Ants in the Pants is a golden Shen Gong Wu with a bright, yellow ant at the top. It was in the manner of a food tray with a long black stick on the bottom of it. Across the tray was a black stripe with a pattern across it. It styled a somewhat average size black handle.

Abilities[]

Aitp
  • Myrmínkinesis - The Ants in the Pants has the ability to release a large colony of black ants from within the tray. These ants would make any person who was swarmed by them extremely itchy.[2]

History[]

After it was first revealed and the monks learned of what it's supposed to do, Dojo explains to them that while it's great to use at parties and/or to play pranks on people, it's not the best choice for battles and showdowns -- Dojo assures that kids that it wouldn't be that big of deal if they weren't able to get it. But, thanks largely to the incompetence of Jack Spicer, the Dragons-in-Training were able to retrieve with virtually no effort on their part. It would later be used by Omi to help Jack Spicer fight Wuya.[1] Later on, Kimiko Tohomiko wagered it in a Showdown and unleashed the ants onto (a then-evil) Master Monk Guan.[2]
