One thing in season 1 of Xiaolin Showdown still bugs me to this day. One thing that I would consider a plot hole that, while made for one of the most exciting episodes, doesn't make any sorta sense. It's the finale of season 1, where Wuya, with Raimundo's help, gets her physical body back. The thing is, Wuya's plan was flawless: make Raimundo join Heylin, so the monks are less powerful without a fourth dragon, use him to get one of the most overpowered Wu in the show and use it to become physical again.
There is one problem, however: in the scene where Rai uses the Serpent's Tail and flies directly to the Reversing Mirror, Wuya shouts the latter Wu's name to activate it. The problem? How was she able to activate the Reversing Mirror, if Shen Gon Wu require physical contact to be activated? She's a ghost, so she can't touch the Mirror, therefore can't activate it. She hasn't been able to activate any Wus before, and it was explicitly stated in the show that she's unable to do so. By all means, Raimundo should have either flown right past the Mirror, or it should have turned him solid, negating the effect of the Serpent's Tail.
How was the able to activate the Mirror?
